Tire questions
Do you sell both new and used tires?
Yes — we sell both quality new tires and carefully checked used tires.
How old are your used tires?
Our used tires are generally no more than about 3–4 years old, and we check tire age when selecting inventory.
How do you inspect your used tires?
We check tire age and overall condition before a used tire goes on your vehicle. Tires we consider too old (around 5–6+ years) don't make the cut.
What if you don't have the new tire I need?
We can usually order it. Morning orders can often arrive around noon the same day; later orders can generally arrive the following morning. Availability varies.
Can I call ahead to check whether you have my tire size?

Is mounting included when I buy a tire?
Yes. Balancing is an additional charge and can depend on the tire.
Do your tires come with a warranty?
New tires have warranty coverage — ask us for the details on your specific tire. Used tires are sold without warranty.
Do you repair flat tires?
Yes, where the tire is repairable.

Do I need an appointment?
No — we're walk-in only. No appointment needed.
What auto services do you offer?
Brakes, oil changes, suspension, A/C, radiator work and select other repairs.
Do you work on transmissions?
Some transmission work is handled case-by-case. Call to ask about your specific issue.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes — free quotes and estimates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit cards, contactless/tap, Cash App and Zelle.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sun 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Roadside assistance is available 24/7.

Is roadside assistance really available 24/7?
Yes. Roadside service may be available any time of day or night. (This doesn't guarantee a specific arrival time.)
What roadside services do you offer?
Tire assistance, jump starts / battery issues, lockouts, fuel delivery, and select minor mechanical assistance.
Do you provide towing?
No.
Do you provide winching?
No.
How much does roadside assistance cost?
Price depends on your location, the service required, and potentially the time of service. We provide a quote before dispatch.
What information do I need when I call?
Your location/address, your vehicle information, and what's going on with the vehicle.
How far will you travel?
Approximately an hour from New Braunfels — including areas around New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, San Antonio and Austin.
Can you help if I don't have a spare?
Often, yes. When a replacement is needed, the goal is to replace your vehicle's regular tire. Call us with your details and we'll let you know what we can do.
Do you offer lockout service?

Can you bring me gas?
Yes — fuel delivery is available.
